The most striking example of this phenomenon is the use of “The City Bureau of Inventory and Evaluation of Real Estate ("GUION”)” the so-called "method of mass appraisal "which is based just on the "key" data about the property and its location (district, distance from the nearest metro station, usage, floor, number of exits, etc.).
