Under the term of "exclusive specialists” we understand people of rare professions or so-called "narrow" specialists. For example: a conflict-solving specialist, an agent of influence (specialist in the sphere of Internet "promotion" of goods and services), a tea tester (tea tasting and compiler). Another example of the "narrow" specialization may be a gui-designer - designer of games and interfaces.

The major difficulty in selecting such candidates is not only their "exclusivity", but in fact, that in order to select a qualified applicant we have to perform a double search. Firstly, we need to find an applicant for the position, and secondly, we have to find another expert in this field (another exclusive specialist!) to evaluate the applicant’s qualifications.

Price for Services: from one and a half to five monthly salaries of the employed applicant. Final price is determined by the complexity of the task.

Procedure of Payment. Payment for services is performed in two stages. The first part (50%) is paid upon hiring of the chosen candidate, the second part (50%) – after the employee successfully completes probation period.
