Service includes:

  1. Selection of premises (or search for lessee);
  2. Verification of suitability of the premises for the chosen business activity (for lessee);
  3. Advising on factors that increase/decrease profitability of the selected premises (for lessee);
  4. Verification of possible unfavorable circumstances on the selected premises (for lessee);
  5. Verification of lessee’s reliability (for landlord);
  6. Legal support during contract conclusion, registration of right of ownership and transfer of ownership (including participation in negotiations with contractors).

Price for service: one month rent amount.

Payment is made by lessee.

Terms: depend on the characteristics of the property, the desired rents and other factors.
